Once in a while something truly amazing happens in the Bulldog World. Now is that time. 25 years ago Craig Lithgo strolled into an Irondog Bulldog show with Mack "Freight Train". To say he was a head turner is a massive understatement. The physique on this Bulldog was simply amazing. And now he is back! Craig bought a bitch from Bullet Proof Kennels in Western Australia. He used frozen semen from Mack from more than 20 years ago. If your looking for some ripper old school breeding look no further, it has arrived in the form of this modern miracle. Its a pleasure introducing Craig & his Bulldogs that photos cannot do justice. This Bulldog had the wow factor. The Sire, Dam & Craig take it from here.
My name’s Craig. I’m a registered breeder with Irondog Australia. I’ve owned American Bulldogs since the late 90's and I met Dez in 2001 when I attended shows and events with the club at that time. They are amazing dogs when loved and in the right hands. I would like to announce we have successfully bred (using frozen semen and artificial insemination) from my original American Bulldog, Mack (Freight Train), registered name: ‘Potter’s Jimmy’, born 4 June 1998, bred by Rick Potter, out of ‘Potter’s Mack’ and ‘Potter’s Fury’. Mack was a beautiful, solid boy, very relaxed and athletic for his size, and a great protector when need be. He may have even weight-pulled an old Datsun 120Y Wagon back then (just quietly!) We had some beautiful pups from him back then, several interstate breeders used him too. He lived to 10.5 years.
Our bitch is ‘Willow’ from HZG’s ‘Remington Freak’ (Sire) and ABB’s ‘Rubie Rose’ (Dam), we brought her from Western Australia. Both Willow's parents were hip and elbow scored well/OK and Willow had her genetics checked/DNA OK. Willow is also super relaxed and social. We bred this litter for one reason - a male for myself, to continue Mack’s lines. We found in the old days, breeding Mack with 100% Johnson produced athletic, well balanced pups. This litter was born 17 August 2024, 5 females and 3 males. They will be brought up on our property in Eltham Victoria, exposed to other dogs and children.

The pups all have some great markings and cheeky little attitudes. They are great family dogs with a great temperament. Raised in a loving family environment with young children.
